1 General Terms and Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and acee365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at acee365.net and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offers made available through that website.

By creating an account on acee365, by accessing the platform as a guest, or by using any feature of the acee365 service, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use the acee365 platform.

acee365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, acee365 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. This Agreement is written in English and is the definitive version of the contract between acee365 and its users. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of this Agreement and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Identity Verification

To access the full range of acee365 services, including real-money casino games, sports betting, and BDT deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method.

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

acee365 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to granting full account access. KYC verification requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — either your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport. 2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active acee365 account. A "duplicate account" is defined as any second or subsequent account registered by the same individual, regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, acee365 will close all accounts except the original, void any bonus funds held in the duplicate accounts, and may withhold funds pending investigation. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting to abuse promotional offers, all funds across all accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acee365 login credentials, including your username and password. acee365 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify acee365 customer support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

3 Age Restriction and Underage Gambling Prevention

acee365 operates an absolute minimum age policy. Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration are permitted to use the acee365 platform. This restriction applies to all services available on the platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all promotional offers.

By creating an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. acee365 verifies player age through the KYC process described in Section 2. Any account found to belong to a player who was under the age of 18 at the time of registration will be closed immediately. All real-money deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method. Any winnings generated by an underage player are void and will not be paid out.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

acee365 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on acee365 is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by acee365, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your acee365 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. acee365 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts — including accounts registered to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect both the player and the platform.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the player. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within one to four hours during standard Bangladesh business hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day. acee365 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests under normal operating conditions.

Before a first withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully KYC verified in accordance with Section 2. acee365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawals. 4.3 Currency and Exchange

acee365 does not apply currency conversion charges on BDT transactions. All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in BDT. Players who attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will find that their payment provider converts the amount to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate; any exchange costs incurred are charged by the payment provider, not by acee365.

5 Bonus Terms and Promotional Conditions

acee365 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section as well as any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an acee365 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the current welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus is available to each new player on a one-time basis only. Players who have previously held an acee365 account — under any name or payment method — are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free spin winnings, and other promotional credits awarded by acee365 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, bonus funds are ringfenced from the withdrawable balance. acee365 applies a standard ordering of fund use: real-money balance is used first, followed by bonus funds, unless the individual offer specifies otherwise.

Not all games on the acee365 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of stake value towards wagering. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

acee365 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if there is evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure; and any other strategy that acee365 determines is designed to exploit promotional terms rather than to enjoy the platform in good faith.

5.4 Promotion Validity and Expiry

All bonuses and free spins have an expiry period, stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry status of any active bonus in their account.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the acee365 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from all prohibited conduct. These rules are in place to protect the integrity of the platform, the fairness of all games, and the safety of all users.

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and when contacting customer support.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify acee365 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

• Comply with all applicable laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the platform, including any laws relating to online gaming, taxation of winnings, and financial transactions.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acee365 and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing game information in real time during live dealer sessions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical faults to generate credits or winnings not legitimately won. Any winnings generated through a technical fault are void.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing acee365 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the acee365 platform, its games, or its software.

7 Account Closure, Suspension, and Self-Exclusion

acee365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where acee365 reasonably believes that the player has breached this Agreement, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false information, or where continued access poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their acee365 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before account closure is confirmed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

acee365 offers a self-exclusion programme for players who feel that their gambling behaviour has become a problem or who simply wish to take a break from the platform. Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. During any self-exclusion period, the player will be removed from all acee365 promotional communications and will be blocked from creating a new account using the same personal details or payment methods.

Funds held in a suspended account are frozen pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. Where a breach is confirmed, acee365 may close the account permanently and withhold funds as permitted under applicable law and these Terms.

8 Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers, and Final Provisions

8.1 Platform Availability

acee365 aims to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to its platform. However, acee365 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times and free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to power failures, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks) may result in temporary unavailability. acee365 is not liable for any loss, including loss of winnings, caused by platform downtime or technical interruption.

8.2 Game Outcomes and Fairness

All casino games available on acee365 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the game's original developer. acee365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Game results are final once the round is completed and displayed on the player's screen. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the player's device and the result recorded on the acee365 server, the server record shall be the definitive result.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acee365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. acee365's total cumulative liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Intellectual Property

All content on the acee365 platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, logos, and interface design, is the property of acee365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from acee365.

8.5 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the acee365 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and acee365 with respect to your use of the platform. It supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by acee365 of any breach of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
